How to use

A little goes a long way.

Massage a small amount under your nose or onto the chest and neck when you feel blocked up and want to breathe more comfortably. It also works well as part of a wind-down routine – pair with our Lavender Soap for a warm shower before bed.

Very effective!

I am having great results with this balm. I have chronic sinus problems and this helps with my symptoms very well! I love that it’s all natural and the smell is very mild. Another keeper for me!

Great Product and Amazing Customer Service

The balm itself works great! It isn’t as powerful of a smell as using Vicks vapo rub, but it irritates my skin a lot less and is completely non toxic, so I would still highly recommend! Take this from someone who is obsessed with Vicks, you need this! It’s everything you love about Vicks minus the goopy consistency. It smells great and really unclogs the sinuses. I also use it all most every night before bed for its calming effects. Amazing product!
