30 Day Exchange & Store Credit Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We offer:

• Exchanges for a different product
• Store credit for future purchases

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for exchange or store credit.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened skincare products are not eligible for refund or resale.

We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your preferences and sensitivities.

Preservation & Storage

Our products are crafted without synthetic preservatives, additives, or chemicals. To maintain integrity:

Shipping Considerations

During warmer months, additional precautions are taken to protect our tallow-based products. Due to their natural composition, items may soften or melt during transit.

This does not impact quality or effectiveness.

If your product arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature upright or refrigerate briefly until solid.


Damaged or Defective Items
