Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We offer subscription options on select products for customers who wish to receive recurring deliveries at a discounted rate.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges according to the selected delivery frequency.
Managing Your Subscription
You may:
• Pause your subscription
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update payment information
• Cancel your subscription
All changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Changes can be made through your customer account or by contacting us at nadja@borntobefree.info.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow our standard exchange policy.
Subscription Discounts
Subscription pricing is offered at a discounted rate in exchange for recurring commitment. Abuse of subscription discounts through repeated cancellation after first delivery may result in subscription privileges being removed.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow our standard 30 day exchange or store credit policy.
We do not offer cash refunds on opened skincare products.
